He later joined Crain Caton & James, where he became a first-chair trial lawyer in civil matters. Over the years, he has been recognized with Martindale-Hubbell’s highest “AV” rating, and has been included in Best Lawyers for commercial litigation and fiduciary disputes. He has been named a Texas Super Lawyer in business litigation for two decades running.
Beyond his professional work, Vance is a husband, father, and grandfather who has made Harris County home for his family. He met his wife, Tracy, at UT Law School.
